Specialist Tax Adviser joins DCC Team
Fast-growing corporate finance specialist, Dundee-based DC Consulting, has appointed a specialist tax adviser to its team: Guy Mitchell joins the company from Stagecoach Group PLC, where he was Group Tax Accountant.
Guy, who lives in Dundee and comes originally from Blairgowrie, works within the corporate finance and business advisory divisions, specialising in investor ready business plans and financial due diligence services for clients in the MBO/MBI market. As a qualified accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, Guy also provides specialist advice and solutions on all aspects of VAT compliance. Other areas of particular expertise include capital gains tax, PAYE and personal and corporate tax.

A graduate of Napier University, Guy has devoted his career to date to work in accountancy, latterly specialising in taxation:
