John P Craig BAcc (Hons) CA joined DC Consulting in January 2005 from Mazars, and was appointed a director in February 2006; John provides a key role within the corporate finance and business advisory divisions.
John specialises in preparing investor ready funding propositions and has extensive experience in identifying and negotiating the appropriate mix of equity, debt and grant funding.
John also has substantial experience of the MBO/MBI market and specialises in tailored financial due diligence services for these transactions. In addition, John provides board-level advisory services to these and other clients.
