Alison Williamson BA CA is a founding director of DC Consulting. Appointed in 2002, she previously worked with KPMG and Deloittes. Originally from a corporate tax background, Alison has over 15 years experience in an advisory role and acts in a non-executive capacity for a number of clients across a range of sectors.
Alison has a significant track record in working with early stage and start-up companies, and recently completed a private investment round in excess of £1m. Alison is also responsible for the delivery of the company's specialist tax services, which encompass all aspects of tax transaction planning including Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) corporate applications, along with specialist tax mitigation for high net worth individuals.
